There is just something about getting outside and moving that helps motivate us to feel our best. With Active Coaching we can go for a walk, do a light workout in a park, add in some beneficial stretching, or even enjoy a mixture of all three. You will still receive the benefits of coaching and leave feeling inspired and ready to tackle your goals.
With Sabrina’s background in personal training, she will make sure the exercises are safe and effective, while also leaving plenty of time for important communication.
