Step One:

Personalize Your Health Plan to a T!

The first step? We dive into creating an action plan that is enjoyable and achievable (even on the days that life throws curve balls).

Together we:

  • Make a list of easy meals and snacks that align with your goals, taste buds, and schedule (both at home and on-the-go)

  • Start balancing your blood sugar and hunger hormones (with lifestyle shifts, not drugs)

  • Implement it all and kickstart your results

Step Two:

Stop Overeating

This includes: binge eating, boredom eating, emotional eating, late-night snacking, and all types of over-indulging.

Together we:

  • Reduce your over-hunger

  • Reduce your over-desire

  • Help you stop relying on willpower/discipline

  • Make this so much easier by increasing desire for the lifestyle that will get you to your goals

  • Enhance your awareness and presence with food

Step Three:

Conquer the Mind Drama

This is where we ensure deprivation isn’t lingering. You see, deprivation comes from our mind more than our body (unless we are under-fed, which wont be happening here).

Together we:

  • Tackle the sneaky thoughts that come in after a few months of progress and try to sabotage it all

  • Ensure your brain is viewing this as a lifestyle shift and not a diet or health challenge

  • Crush any old memories of “failing” and build confidence around your new longterm results

  • Help you grow from challenges or momentary “fails” without letting them derail you

  • Shift your identity to truly step into the “new you” in an easy way

Create Balance

Next, we teach you how to enjoy life and foods that simply bring you joy when celebrating without “falling off the wagon”.

  • Decrease your desire to over-indulge and help set a balanced approach up for success

  • Break-up with the “all or nothing” mentality that leads to yo-yo results

Step Five:

Exercise For YOUR Body

This is where I bring out my Exercise Science degree and get specific with your body’s needs.

Together we:

  • Organize an exercise plan that feels doable (this can be as simple as regular walking or as complex as a specific gym routine)

  • Meet your body where it is at and safely shift things to avoid injury

  • Ensure that you are enjoying the added movement and not dreading it

  • Help you identify yourself as a regular exerciser (if you don’t already)

Step Six:

Increase Your Energy

No need to down caffeine and sugar to feel alive anymore, I help you create lasting energy throughout the day.

Together we:

  • Enhance the quality of your sleep

  • Create a nutritional plan that satisfies you for longer stretches of time and avoids blood sugar crashes

  • Ensure that you are moving your body in a way that will boost your energy, not zap it

  • Make sure your hydration levels are right were we need them to feel your best

  • Create an “abundance” mindset
